You really should be searching on your own, hire some bird-dogs for an extra boost as well.

I'm not personally affiliated with the group but I signed up for free notification years ago and occasionally run across good deals thru them.Another good place for leads is in the MLS searches: Back on the Market, Price Changes, Expired Lists ect..

Depending on the county and whether your state is a non disclosure state, but go to the county Central appraisal district, search by address or owner name and it should give you assessed value, owner, last sapes date and price etc.
