My question is, since the property is going to be under both of our names, do both of us needs to physically live in the house Or I can only live in the property and he can live where he is living right now.

PHYSICAL CHECK = If you have permission you should physically check the property prior to the sale or have a professional inspector.

Honestly I don't even know if it's possible without a physical site visit.

For example, some of my tenants ask for physical internet connection (wifi alone is not enough), so I created a router mesh that connects all the rooms.I also noticed that when I have most of the house as software engineers (two of them were working on the video editing side), my 1200 Gigabyte data maxed out on the third week, so I upgraded to unlimited data to make them happy.I also put smart locks and smart gadgets to make the house appeal more to them.I noticed when I take the extra mile, once they come, they keep renewing since they are living in a pretty much "smart home" 

Basically, if they have a doctor's note stating that they require said animal due to a disability, you can't tell them no, unless:- There is reliable objective evidence that the animal poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others that cannot be reduced or eliminated by a reasonable accommodation;- There is reliable objective evidence that the animal would cause substantial physical damage to the property of others;- The presence of the assistance animal would pose an undue financial and administrative burden to the provider; or- The presence of the assistance animal would fundamentally alter the nature of the provider's services.Unfortunately, deposits or pet surcharges are not allowed for animals covered by these laws.Now, all this said, landlords in my area usually just deny or evict folks with doctor's noted pets anyway and I've never seen someone bring suit.

It will take about 2-3 years for us to pay all the loan off if we continue at the current pace.We are both travel Physical Therapists and are making a lot more than usual.
