In the rare events where we are getting them, if its a site unseen offer, there will need to be a non refundable EMD thats very large.

I am planning to expand my network by going to a financing event in my area, but wanted to hear what options might be out there to discuss with new lenders.

While this rule is hardly enforced at the moment, you just need to be aware of the added risk you are taking and have a plan in the event this rule does become enforced.
