For the past three months I have been reading the blogs and listening to the webinars and podcast from BiggerPockets.

What up so I’m 17 years of age and downloaded bigger Pockets after reading How To invest in real estate for beginners, and listening to the podcasts.

Read books, listen to podcasts, read forum posts, read blogs, find a mentor, ANYTHING you can do to learn the ins-and-outs of real estate investing.

You can get this on audio and listen to it while you drive around.

After listening to episode 356 with Joe Asamoah his strategy sounds like a no brainer with Section 8.

Working with other investors, listening to BiggerPockets podcasts and reading several books, I decided to jump in and get started myself!
