I have begun the eviction process (for non-payment and other violations of the agreement) even though it likely won't wrap up in time.

There’s still a fair amount of contact between me and the manager and they know I go in periodically to check on cleanliness prior to check in time, I call the company to make sure there isn’t an early check in and the overall state of the property as well as checking on it when there are customers there too at night sometimes.

I lived at Silverado for the decade of the 90s and loved it.. but boy when I go back to visit my mom who still lives there unless I want to come in through lake Berryessa the back way traffic is a night mare and forget about taking 37 to Marin county ouch.. so that was a place in time I get to cherish Napa before it became grid lock.. :)
