You can either find a mentor and try and learn as much as possible from them and pick up some hours either interning for them for some real life real estate experience while finishing college, OR  pick a real estate school to take the classes either online or in person ( I recommend the arizona school of real estate and business ) and in person as you will get more out of the classes from the in person engagement.

I also have electronic lock boxes and can grant a temporary pass code for the lockbox that would grant the vendor access if the tenant is away (usually they are at work when the vendor would be able to go in) but then the code will be deleted shortly afterwards - since I put this post up I have been looking into that and think it could work granted I would need to provide the necessary notification.
