They do some lead generation to help new agents, which the boutique firm does not.

Yes, Podio is a great CRM, and great with "Deal Flow", but to be honest, its not great at Prospecting or Lead Generation. 

@Jessica Scott you made a great first move with your initial purchase. 

Initial leases are up and we have two available units in a month.

These areas are both known as having good initial cash flow. 

As an example, getting 20K to work to generate 2K in profit, $600+ will get lost to the administration costs. 

Not sure if it would be easier to start local and generate some income first or just dive right in the Florida market.

Thanks Chris I hope so too :) Yeah I initially thought to only use the line but someone tried to convince me there is more risk involved that way.We are long time friends and have meshed well just not in business yet.
