@Shashikiran Konnur Sampathkumar From an appraisal stand point (at least where I am located), in a lot of markets there is no market reaction for a 3 vs 4 bed so we would not give you more value for it however we would give additional value to a bathroom.

Maybe switch it up to tile in bathrooms but beyond that, the same flooring makes the house flow well throughout and tenants/buyers love it

Are they in each unit (where if it goes downhill you may have to replace parts), or is it more of the shared/site plumbing with sewer systems, etc. for example, if the bathrooms were plumber wrong, the HOA has a big project on their hands, but may only be $1-2K out of your pocket to fix it in your place.
