Hey guys I have been reading through posts on here about skip tracing and I have yet to see someone definitively recommend a skip tracing service, or say who to stay away from.

This is nothing new regarding concept, What I think will change is if they were to become mainstream it is the current Wholesale community will suffer a little because these guys are cherry picking the better properties and leaving the riskier properties for everyone else.

i am in Tx. my boss rented an 1 bedroom effeceincy apt for me , he put the lease in his name and showed me as tenant. he has been taking money from my wages to pay the rent. last week he decided he would move another guy in with me verses paying rent for him elsewhere.

The guys that do that *usually* have decent paying day-jobs, and are more interested in having a bunch of paid-off properties for themselves or their kids when they retire than having an extra $150 per month right now.
