Boiler, fire and sprinkler etc...Who would you have check them?

We had one of our homes burn down in the LA fires and are beginning the process of rebuilding. 

I know that it takes the 1st deal to spark the fire and until I get that done.

Also, I have heard of brokers firing agents who wholesale because they are concerned about the negative stigma associated with it.

Maybe they don't care about the remains.Make sure to let the fire dept know that under no circumstances are they to torch the cabin without your written permission and give them your phone number.

Using free online services are a sure fire way to get bad numbers.
