This takes some getting used to.2) They do not have the parts in stock and cannot give me a firm date on when they will be in (keep saying, call next week or week after....)3) Too much assemblyIf someone has a solution to address the above, I would be willing to give it another shot.

I ask because you said from the beginning that this was a house you didn't want, and 2- because the private money you borrowed was just enough to cover the purchase/closing and repairs.I'm eager to see what other projects you take on, either in Seattle or other markets closeby thanks to your amazing team.

I went to a seminar where one of the presenters advised that individuals in my predicament should try to build a Power Team and set up Wholesale deals for quick cash.However, I am having an issue with the trainers and their law firm over a misplaced payment that I gave them for the registration of a structured LLC in Utah.It is really frustrating.
