I’ve been investing in REI and CRE specifically for a few decades and I’ve found these are my two favorite asset types.

I currently use Redfin and favoriting to gather insight into how long homes stay on market but its not easy to track the sale price to list price. 

It unhinges and the filter goes right at the return register in the ceiling instead of in the slot next to the unit.
