If it’s in preforeclosure, it’s still a regular sale, bank still gets paid off etc, time restraints can be a challenge is sale date is close, but most banks will extend if they get a fully executed contract and POF etc.

@Cory Lucas to add to Andrew's Q's, if you looking at commercial lending for BRRRRs also ask if the payment is interest only, for how long (I always do a minimum of 12 months so I don't' have to rush projects, tenanting, or refinance), and if you go over the time limit... what is the cost to extend the loan rate (this can get pricey!).
