I was reviewing recent MLS listings in Racine and noticed a 3 BR, 1.5 bath 2-story house in Racine that had been listed in October 2017 for $89,900.

I'm just curious how accurate it is compared to what you all have experienced.

I'm trying to break into this business and want to review rent rolls and profit and loss statements.  

It is possible that if the deal goes south, the tenant may in fact have some equitable rights, and hang you up in court and possibly force an ejectment which is different from an eviction.Not knowing the laws in your state, I'd advise you to consult a competent real estate attorney and have them review (or draw) all the docs.

This is also a topic of frequent discussion, I suggest you search the forum for related keywords and results will keep you busy reading for hours...As you read you will see who the real players are, do little due diligence, review their references and then contact 2 or 3 to speak directly, then make your choice.

So I was just getting my jollies by reviewing my escrow statements today, and I noticed I'm being charged each month for PMI, even though I put 20% down.

I like to old fashion sitting down with the tenants and manually signing the lease after reviewing the terms, so does the site allow me to upload the copy of the lease too?
