Hello everyone, I'm looking for a top cabin design architect in Sevier County area that can tweak my existing cabin plans to best use the space. 

I know there is an existing mortgage, and I'm going to see if any other liens which I'm going to check with the county Monday for estimated amounts. is there anything, like out of the blue, that I should be thinking or considering about?

if you want one to spoon feed you listings, I'm sure that sort exists. 

There are outs at many different points in the process.But in Fort Hood, for instance, my first choice would be an existing fourplex. 

But the issue is the second you get the city involved and pull permits, you typically won't be able to reuse the existing structure.

Have you ran the NUMBERS on your existing home?

We need someone to draft up as-built of an existing home in Scottsdale and Chandler Arizona.

What about any existing debts?

I would not consider repairs if there is significate decay of the existing materials. 

The complication though for me is whether the land sale would still treated as part of a residence sale, or would the residential link to/nature of the land cease to exist upon demolition.
