is online banking a good choice ?

I would like to start studying the materials now so that I can take the exam as soon as I return to Louisiana.I have seen some approved per-licensing on the LREC website, but I am curious if anyone has taken this route and if so, what the best choice would be for me.ThanksBrian

I have been using excel but I am not 100% confident I am doing it right.

One option of course is eviction with the aid of an attorney and the courts... emphasize this is a bad choice for him (which it is) and no action means that the family will pursue that option.

Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.Light bookkeeping using QB, general office duties, maintaining client files, running errands, creating flyers for properties and other announcements.Able to Multi-task and work efficiently.Must have excellent oral and written skills to correspond with clients a must!

I am using a simple excel spreadsheet that mimics the Schedule E.Hope this makes sense. 

I have most of the updated numbers, but I am not proficient in Excel to tackle this.
