We used the commissioning loan money to remodel the kitchen and living rooms, bathrooms, and landscaping.

Water is collecting at the bottom of the driveway and flooding the garage, I've had a drainage company come out this morning and they are saying they would need to dig up the driveway, run a pipe to the top of the driveway so they can connect to the main road drainage total cost $8K + I would need a new driveway.They suggested possibly speaking with a landscaper or a driveway company for alternative optionsAnyone had a similar issue that can provide some insight or suggestions?

Some work I wanted to complete until the tenants move out in May, such as exterior painting, concrete repair, fencing and landscaping. 

Most of my skills are in open records research, office suites, interviewing for community journalism, and unrelated technical skills (811 utility location, electronic repair).

I am looking for recommendations for a reliable handyman, plumber, landscaper, and electrician.

Carpet, paint, exterior landscaping, signage, etc....Then the basement becomes the second part of the project.

Fixing up the landscape. power wash exterior, cleaning gutters,etc.
