Most of the time when they call themselves "wholesaler" I tend to roll my eyes and move on:) That appears to mean "new", "inexperienced", and "no money" in most instances. 

My Berwyn flip ended up being eerily close to $50 per square foot, which was a real eye opener for me. 

It also helps to have an experienced eye assessing the property for any repairs, etc that might be needed.It seems like there are a million condos for sale but many, especially near the water, don't allow rentals in the first year, if at all, so that eliminates a lot of properties from consideration. 

I have been reading for months about investing and keeping an eye on the market in the area I wanted to possibly buy.

I would let it go for now and let the legalities play out and look for another deal, but keep your eye on it.

If it's not around eye level, I'd say his story sounds pretty bogus2.

Things like the logo, marketing, relevant ads, and relevant content are what will draw eyes to your company and hopefully keep them coming back!

And it really opened my eyes to the nonsense perpetrated by these "anti-gentrification causes".We'll see how well the vocal few take my 5,000 postcards I'm about to send out that'll cover about 50% of the properties :-).
