You have to use multiple sources to search for properties.

The more bookings you get with a particular source, the more reviews you get with that source, and the higher you appear in the search rankings for that source.

I'm getting close to getting my home loan approved, and then the search for a property is on!

The area is doing a lot of development, in what looks to be a very desirable area.

A big part of me is nervous as I also search daily putting my money and effort into the best deals I can find while we may be approaching the top of the market. 

Try to keep searching for local banks or credit unions (portfolio lenders).  

My recommendation is to search BP for note investing and look into taking some training.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to go into partnerships with them.I've searched around and it seems like most the conversations about partnerships are either Investor + Buyer or multiple equal partners going in together.
