Be sure to clarify "UNFURNISHED" in the title and include a disclaimer in your description regarding furniture. 

Do you know if on the marketing side those project descriptions will have the same restrictions. 

I worked as a buyers agent for a foreclosure team, and the Realtor had a person who's job description was to track expenses and make sure the realtor was paid back from the asset managers.

That description appears to be broadly applicable to "real estate education".

These are generic descriptions but are fairly applicable.

All they give me is the Price of the property, picture and description.

Will also need to either 1) list the property for sale or 2) hire said Avon Lake realtor to serve as an expert witness as to the property's value for a court case.If you fit the description and are willing and able to do such things, please contact me at the phone number in my signature block.

The description states they will be discussing multifamily properties but it will probably be a good place to meet other investors and get information that is useful regardless of the type of property.
