That's a pretty broad scope, so you'll want someone who can do a fair amount of stuff or you'll want to trade each specialty out.

SPG actually is trading at high BV multiple precisely because they own a lot of malls that are high end, with restaurants and high end retail (the kind of stuff people don't buy online) that have done well for years despite the Amazon effect.
