Also think of the great companies in the US that were started on Credit card debt and in their garages some pretty big one's HP comes to mind :)Or folks who bootstrap all the myriad of different small business's in America which makes our country great.For those that suggest that folks save their money and buy some low end rental in the urban core for 20 to 30k I think that is very POOR advice.. the person buying it has no experience you have the toughest rental property on the planet and this is just another way for someone to lose all their money.. and get totally burned out on RE before they ever started.BP for sure is any paid training generally speaking.. you just need to pop on a thread on any guru and see it...

@Chuck GreenfeldTanya, the major credit agencies are linked cross-border (Equifax, Transunion) and many of the service bureaus - such as TVS listed above - are able to pull credit histories in either country.
