Looking at comments on the internet I have some people stating that it does not hold up in a kitchen and others stating that it is superior to vinyl for durability.It appears to be slightly more expensive than vinyl but cheaper than ceramic (when you figure installation costs).

I recently viewed a home that a builder has done in the area that had about 1500 sqft of nice ceramic tile on the main floor. to bad the normal for our area is hardwood and that home that started at 599k is now at 399k.

I actually figured it out after five YouTube videos and an hour of banging my head :)The problem was that the lead was being created and the subject line was pulling into Podio but the actual body of the email containing the link to verify was not pulling over.

I go with semi-gloss paint on all the walls and trim to make them easier to clean in the future.Bathrooms and kitchens - ceramic tile not sheet vinyl which can rip.Now that YOU have a chance to place the tenant, make sure you have a quality unit and don't settle for less than a quality tenant.
