Funny thing is, I'm easy to work with, borrower could have saved a ton of money had he simply picked up the phone when I called and tried to work things out, oh well, people are people, all you can do is try.

my contractors give me a piece of paper and i pay them on the spot. one guy uses an app from his android phone.i like to buy my materials and the contractor just does the work. hope this helps.

After meeting several neighbors around my new property, I wanted a way to capture names, addresses, phone numbers and some notes about the people.To do that, I did a screen capture in Google Maps after zooming in on the property (in Map view not satellite).
