Can you still negotiate during a due diligence period even if your sales agreement was "as is"?

If you are self managing and the agent is just listing your property for you, you should have a "Listing Agreement" which outlines the terms conditions and compensation you will be paying the agent.

I've thought about doing this sort of variant on the pre-sale reno, but it would require agreement with the seller and really putting a lien on the property to make sure you get paid.Anyway, I really don't understand your goal and/or desired outcome.

My attorney had me create a single member LLC and then create an operating agreement where we both are members.

I will pay cash for the property and then need to figure out how to set up the agreement for purchase.
