Yes, there are companies like Keller Williams that have a lot of online training videos and sources to help, but you still have to do the work to build your relationships and network.

Yes i would go with the owner finance as well....and maybe think outside the box.....and offer 2nd position for the rehab money (a strategy i read about in an old book written by William Nickerson) if the numbers work........just throwing out creative options.....in which you can get in the deal with as little cash out of pocket on your end

If you love the hustle, and have confidence you can get plenty of leads on your own, I would find a big name like Keller Williams or EXP and just start making money.

@Michael Williams depends on how fast you think you will grow.Could start out with spreadsheets and GoogleVoice number.Then add QuickbooksThen replace it all with a property management software.Of course, you can also skip steps.
