ALl that work and he is back to square one.I feel so horrible for him because I know how hard he has worked, and put the money he has been earning into buying this equipment and the trailer instead of wasting it on video games, etc.

It took us a few months to find one that would work and get one into contract.

It requires some additional work and knowledge, but it is very doable. 

I just had a situation like this where the ex came to the house shortly after the woman went to work, and he torched the house. 

A lot of my "check-ins" can be a result of us parking behind the buildings and short cut walk throughs of the common areas to the main drag for the movies or dinner. 

I am thinking some reconfiguring of pipes for the boiler and some duct work and gas lines for furnace. 

If you enjoy doing hands-on work and you want the experience, then I think you should take a stab at it. 

I would imagine you had success with your mural because it was a lot of brush work, and the paint was properly loaded.Go to your local Sherwin Williams and ask for pro block oil base primer.

It needed lots of work, and they wanted to sell it as is, rather than fixing it up to list it.
