What do they see them selling for per unit, what is the market occupancy rate.

If the property is going to be rented out, the municipal will not approve it for occupancy until you have completed all the required repairs.Secondly, you should have some ideas of how much the repairs will cost you so that you will be able to tell if your contractor is within reasonable range.Best,  Remy

If we rent by the room how should we expect a PM to charge fees - based on total rent of all rooms at 100% occupancy, or by the room?  

(That Freddie Mac index tracks bought down conforming 80% LTV owner occupant SFR rates btw, not 0 points high balance 2-4 unit investor rates)

@Dan SchwartzHe's not out of business, but his occupancy is probably 1/5 of what it was 6 years ago. 

@JoeI'm pretty sure those kakaako condos all require owner occupancy and are not for investors.

The house is a complete disaster and in process of an exstensive remodel now,,all due to my FAILURE to make and ENFORCE occupancy numbers policy.
