Yes both solo 401k plans can obtain non-recourse loans.

I have 5 units so far that are market rent or non CHA.

My management company is a C corp and I manage non real estate holding companies as well.  

Every time I use the Bigger Pockets Rental Property calculator and enter numbers for a property, where I do one with Cash, and one with a Non-recourse loan mortgage where I am putting in the exact numbers and costs of the mortgage that I get from the lender.

Why do you think all of the Strip casinos have been trying to maximize non-gaming revenues?  

If you spend your money on a car (personal) or a vacation or something personal it would be personal interest and non deductible. 

I would guess it also matters if it’s a non-recourse loan or not.
