I read an article recently (Dallas Morning News, I think) that DFW occupancy just droped below 90% for the first time in several years.

I have to make another trip up tomorrow to the unit.The pipe connecting directly to underneath the sink broke at the bottom and the pipe length I need means cutting the new pipe and a new 1/2inch connector to fit.

They have a all around course that teaches from contacts to field trips as they call it.

:Never had anything like that happen, but I think it's safe to say it's time to end the tenancy with this particular tenant.Kyle this was not a tenant it was someone calling about the rental...I also had someone else this morning who was irate because I denied her application, so this hasn't been a good day so far...

Good morning,I received an application for renters with ferrets and I am unfamiliar with the kind of impact ferrets have on homes.

Plus going to Vegas and expensing the trip is not a bad way to go either!
