When I enter temp password, it flashes to the resetting your password screen where you type in your new password twice, but then it goes back to original screen after a fraction of a second.Aside from getting password reset emails, I have not had any luck with getting any customer support.If anyone has suggestions, I would love to hear them.Thanks BP!

We exchanged information and discussed our individual strategies.

All,I wanted to get peoples opinion on real estate values in Chicago being to high and it might not be the best time to enter the market to purchase my first investment property.I see prices close to pre real estate bubble values  from 2007 (IMO. unless someone can prove me wrong). 

Especially when it comes to surrounding myself with successful millionaire minded individuals. 

There is a separate enterence to the laundry in the basement.

As individual podcast audiences grow, I think there will be a lot more of it. 

The investors or operators who advocate wholesaling as taught by these guru methods of assigning contracts as a business model enter the arena of facilitating real estate transactions without a license, tortuous conduct and predatory dealing simply because they follow bad advice.

I was recently watching a youtube video where a man claimed that statistics showed that 85% of good deals real estate deals came from personal or individual references, due to having buisness popularity or a great network.

These are the individuals that have multiple homes in the same grid.
