I think the terms hotel and short term rentals only apply if you rent out your place on a daily or a weekly basis.

I see them on a daily basis with phone numbers right on the side, if you dont, try you pro desk at HD/Lowes or building centers, I bet they can steer you in a direction to make some inquiries.

Also, I have to satisfy my brokerage too, they need me to sell volume so I'm expected to sell this building. 

I am sure those who do really large volumes are still able to find deals that work for them.  

They really make time to talk with them daily or if not weekly.

Having said that though, I have found that while the volume of people looking to rent may be less in February as opposed to August or September as an example, they tend to be more serious. 

You could always flip these back and forth between 2 banks but in that case you're going to be paying origination coming and going unless you're doing the volume to negotiate it out.
