Tim,I am not a believer in gold, though I have alot of family that trade gold for a living.I believe those stores will be short lived, as soon as the economy improves, people won't have as much a need or an urge to get rid of their old jewelry.

You trade one issue for another - the older houses on city sewer elimiate the need for a septic but then you have to deal with the new RPP lead rules.Of course, a lot of the nicer (newer) homes needing rehab always seem to have septic!
