I have a unique opportunity and Id like some input and feedback on how to go forward...I own a duplex that I paid 150k for.

Right now I do not have a substantial amount of capital to invest with, but thru my job I have built up a solid network of wealthier individuals who are looking for investment opportunities. 

Along with those unique challenges, parks tend to take longer to turn around and take advantage of all the upside.

Are those funds from a private individual or is it a fund?

Hey all,I tried to find the answer to this elsewhere on the forums, but was unable to find my answer, so here goes:If a seller is selling individual properties in their rental portfolio, all covered by one blanket loan, can they sell the individual homes on seller finance terms?

You can also find motivated sellers where prices will be at larger discount, instead of using the market priced MLS.Remember:  Every deal is different and unique.
