Virtual Assistants can really assist you with any work you need done, as long as you can give proper training and guidance in the beginning.

I wish I would have got into the down town scene 4-5 years ago, however I think that train has left the station and is now likely out of my price range as it has gotten very popular over the past few years.  

I create systems around the day in and day out tasks, write up a step-by-step training manual and find a virtual assistant at Upwork for $3-$15/hour.  

There are several big tickets upgrades,  the addition of powder room / breakfast nook,  and  200 amp electric service.

I recently attended a Success Path training by Terek and Christina from "Flip or Flop" it was a great training.

I would recommend you get some training or buy a course.

The only tip I can give is start networking, using the training that KW offers including the scripts and read, read, read.
