A little more affordable and people are definitely looking to rent in those towns.  

If i have to buy a couple of low end condos in decent parts of town in an up and coming markets to get started I will.

Looking at the free data on AirDNA, it shows a 74% occupancy rate for the entire town but I don't know if that translates to this particular property.
