BiggerPockets' rental calculator indicates it should cashflow $7500 per month after all expenses (including HST on short-term rental income) are input, assuming 3% vacancy; 4% repairs; 5% CapEx; 8% management and assuming appreciation merely keeps pace with inflation.

My advice would be to:1. stay in contact w/ seller2. ask what price and what TERMS (fast close, cash, etc) they would take immediately or without hesitation3. see if you can visit the property in the meantime 4. get your $ ready so you can go when they're readyAll the best!
