Due to the time of the year, there were numerous backlogs to finalize the appraisal.

Its probably not alimony but child support. 

Their main argument is that Legal Zoom provides little to no customer support and that their fees are high.

I’ve seen 3 prongs on groundless numerous times.

I am sure that everyone in the office was supportive of this pattern.

I have a lot of property management experience myself so I plan on managing my own properties, however, the goal is to build a team of awesome individuals who can support and elevate me to not have to manage all the properties once the portfolio grows; work on my business not in my business.

Hello BP community, Like many others that are eager to learn about re business I've listened to numerous bp podcasts, read books and also created spreadsheet to gain a better understanding of the various re metrics.

While we are not able to support full-time employees yet...we ARE looking to grow/train some part-time acquisitions/dispositions specialist.
