They will absolutely increase bookings (for all of those commenting that don't live here) I wouldn't rely to heavily on awning or other data sites as they are just that, data, not taking into account all the nuances of a particular home or community, proximity to the theme parks or clubhouse etc.

If a 5% down owner occupied house hack property goes up 5% in value, you're making 100% cash on cash (there are transaction costs if you wanted to sell...it probably needs to go up 10-12% to really get that return, but you get the idea).

I'm also pretty sure that 2 of the tenants are getting government assistance and I think they are longer term tenants.After taxes, insurance and with the owner paying for heat and water the owner claims it is netting $20,000 per year.
