Maybe MLS is different from state to state but in Florida we can (and I do all the time) keyword searches - searching both public and Realtor only remarks in listings.I search for keywords like "investor, asis, fixer-upper" and have "keyword hotsheets" set up that I check about ever four hours.

I'm living in the first house I bought through a public trustee auction, it was an amazing deal, but it took some kahunas, first to conquer at the auction, then to follow through by leading a crew of four on a complete remodel in four months.

I'm appealing to the greater intelligence here on BP - what can possibly be done to move this listing other than reduce the price, which we have and agent feedback is the the price is a fair reflection of the property as is.
