So if you purchase a multi-family and wish to rent one unit and live in another, you can only deduct the depreciation expense on the rented portion.The IRS provides depreciation tables to assist you in determining the depreciation expense to recognize each year.

While California is a community property state the state still recognizes separate property where it is clearly identified.

Hello Alexandria,I'm very impressed with you recognizing early on that this is not a jump in and get rich quick industry.

The other aspect I really like about this book is that it makes you look and recognize at your past programming about money, what your self-stoppers are, and what you can do about it.
