pretty much every listing has a little disclaimer at the bottom that the information Is subject to due diligence.there is no need to get lawyer in a transaction that early in the due diligence phase.. 

Haven't bought a place yet, but I live about 30 mins north of Boston and have been looking to purchase a rental property in Providence because the greater Boston area has become pretty inflated.

This is pretty much what I thought I'd hear. 

But, my experience with very similar process projects leads me to be pretty confident in what I said above.

Appraently they are considered low risk for lenders and I would think in my situation they would feel pretty darn comfortable that I'm going to be a good gamble.

I'm pretty sure it's legal in NM and they include it into the lease, but they dismissed me when I threatened not to renew my lease over this.

VInyl plank is pretty versatile...and such a small area wouldn't break the bank...at $1.75- $2.50 sq. ft.

It took her 2 extra months to close a pretty straightforward deal. 

Showed up pretty nervous actually not knowing what to say/do.

pretty much assume that you will be gutting it to studs if not more... electrical can melt... pipes...
