if you own a home I'm mailing to you, I just want my phone to ring either good or bad I mailed about 1,000 letters per month for the 3 months and so far have done 2 deals.

I know that doesn't sound good but I do know other owners in their that do not have any of these issues so I'm chalking a lot up to the fact that the screening wasn't tight enough (I was not involved in this).

If you do not know the owner's phone number, do you call the park?

You could also attempt to get a phone number to the new address and reach out via phone.
