I think a lot of times you get what you give - I've been a part of a couple during times where I really just wasn't spending time interacting, making posts, doing the assigned tasks, attending all the calls, etc.

No one is covered here even though the insurance company will write the policy and take the premium.

I know a lot comes from time and connections so I've been focused on just learning the game as much as possible!
