LOL, I think you have to look at the value of what you are being given and what it allows you to obtain.  

It is a commercial lines policy as opposed to the personal lines policy which most agents sell.....that is why you have not been able to obtain insurance with those insurance agents/companies.

Obtain some form of government issued photo identification when accepting an application.
