Then deleted all assessed values under 50000 and all above 140000 (this would put likely market values between 70 and 180k)Then deleted duplicates.I was left with 843 addresses and owner names.

Account ClosedThere're only 2 kinds of arguments: we either call two different things the same name - or we call the same thing two different names.Every CPA and attorney out there that I know of interprets the new law the same way.
