I typically go to Home Depot and there are usually a lot of people to choose from but I also find it's hit or miss at least from the two workers I've used from there, but it's part of the process.

Unfortunately, experience is one of the best DD teachers, so if you miss a few (or get a few wrong) it will end up teaching you lessons for the next go around.

The ReStore can be hit or miss, but when it's hit, it's great.

The property might flow nice, but if you are missing one of your core it may not be as nice in the long run.

Could you please look over one of my example reports and see if I'm missing something?

Soo I hope this will help anyone who is thinking of doing it.BUT this is also selfishly so that I can get advice and feedback from anyone who looks at my numbers and may see something they think I need to adjust/fix or just plain out missed.
