Am I correct to think it would be absurd to propose a sweat-equity stake larger than what a property manager's fee would be over the lifetime of the property?

Also everyroom needs to have a window that is 12sq ft or10% of the square footage of the room which ever is larger. so for instance if its an 8x10 room the window needs to be 12sq ft. 200sq ft room requires a 20 sq ft window

Hi Chris,Adding to what Jamie said just because you can build a larger duplex does not mean it is the most efficient use of that foot print within the setbacks.
