Currently the market is very hot for all types of properties and demand for the rentals is still quite high but I think at that price your unit would take longer to get rented out.

I've  shown the figures and explained how the numbers will work  but in the red hot SoCal market they won't even let me finish what I'm saying. 

I've even seen where a duct is completely disconnected, blowing a lot of hot air into the crawlspace.

why can't you be satisfied like the majority of the wholesalers who think 10% below market value at list is a deal... especially in this hot market?
