I am 26 years old.I just downloaded this app after stumbling upon the BiggerPockets video channel which I found in the real estate Reddit sub.I began to watch shows on DIY and HGTV as a young teenager and was always amazed at how the hosts were able to change a broken down home into something amazing and make profit.

So far, I have just been reporting it as interest (along with the real interest income), both bundled in interest earned line of my 1040.

Only bundled packs and it take 3 weeks to order and its hundreds of dollars.

I have inventory in which I am trying to bundle together and would like to know how to market them to 1031 Exchange investors looking to add to their portfolio?  

I already know the host  of where to create my website, so no worries there.

A few of us from BP host a meetup every month for local investors from Union CIty/Hudson County and you're more than welcome to attend.

I am surprised to see a couple of investors are unloading their properties by selling in bundles.
